REFUND POLICY
ClassiaEdu.com is a product of Classia Group (GSTIN: 29BEJPK4462A3ZJ) located in Bangalore.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all users enrolling in courses offered on Classia Edu through its online platform ClassiaEdu.com, including the Kanoon Kavach – The Legal Shield for Kids program.
By enrolling in any course, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Course Fee Structure
The course fees are structured as follows:
Basic Program: ₹2,000 (30 Sessions)
Advanced Program: ₹4,000 (60 Sessions)
Combo Program (Basic + Advanced): ₹4,500
Fees are charged based on the selected course.
3. No Refund Policy
All course fees paid are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances mentioned below.
Once a student is enrolled and access to the course is granted, no refund requests will be entertained.
4. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error
Payment deducted but course access not provided
Cancellation of the program by Classia Edu
In such cases, refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
5. No Refund in Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after enrollment
Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons
Lack of usage or partial completion of course
Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted
Technical issues at user’s end (internet/device problems)
6. Transfer / Adjustment Policy
Course fees cannot be transferred to another student
Fees cannot be adjusted against other programs or future enrollments
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and genuine cases (medical emergencies, etc.), refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Classia Edu management.
Any decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 working days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
